State Statutes Regarding Minimum Payments


- Provisions

• Payment proceeds may accumulate to $100 or be paid annually, whichever occurs first.
    - Or, by option, you may request receiving payments of $25 or more monthly.
  
  
• Payment proceeds less than $10 may accumulate, but will be remitted when production from the lease ceases or when Flint Hills Resources, LP is no longer the purchaser of production from the lease.
     - You may receive amounts less than $10 annually, if requested.
